How come I get banned from xbox live for using bad language in a game that’s rated M for...

Its rated M for mature, which means that if somebody wants to use bad language and have inappropriate drawings, they are free to. Not saying I am condoning it or anything but why put the rating on it?

To be accurate, When it comes to online, Online play is NOT RATED. This turns to going by the xbox live terms of use, therefor highly offensive things will result in things like name changes, temp bans, perm bans and all sorts of ***.

I was playing cod when someone zombies when I went down and I asked for help from other players and a player began to degrade swear at me and put me down as well as I have called support numerous times to be hung up on and to get different answers from them as well to not get help for when I’m being cyber bullied online. If my account does not get in banned I’ll be seeking legal action and explaining to a judge how I’m disabled and hoe this company refused to help me and I have the proof to back up my claims.

Because in-game content is rated but communicsti@s must.be Rated E FOR EVERYONE

communication is ok in moderation it isn't s license to insult or degrade others

You don't know who is on the other side

And no game.ratingd.is upto the parent if they buy

But communication is the purview of the enforcement team on all platforms

I just spoke to support and they claim they can’t help me which I find to be **** in other words as well as I have been an Xbox customer for 12 years I also game share with a friend and I’m disabled so my live account means everything to me and if I have to I’ll fight this in court and explain how on numerous occasions when I called the company I was turned away hung up on and told different things by support. Microsoft has all my phone calls recorded and if need be can bring them to court. I understand parents can buy MW3 for their kids but let me remind you it’s rated M for mature meaning its 17 and up not 17 and under. The game was made for adults not children. Us adults should not have to clean up our language for a game that was intended for adults. Especially when someone is degrading me swearing at me and putting me down and I did put in a case review. I’m just saying if my account is not unbanned I’ll be seeking legal council and I will fight this in court and I will ask for more then just my account to be unnamed. Microsoft please unban my account! All I’m asking
