How come I get banned from Xbox live for bad language and my thread gets locked

@BSTN yh comparing isnt allowed on here maybe that is why everytime you comment on a thread it gets locked. i got banned for 2 months from the psn forums for saying how bad driveclub is yet i mention forza and im banned

I know for a fact that I created a new thread showing off my stats, I'd get a ban from Xbox Live.

Matter of fact just for even mentioning it, I'd get a ban from Xbox Live. If you don't see me on here or on Xbox Live, you'll know why.

I got banned for 14 days on xbox live, my friend got on my account and flamed a bunch of people with vulgar language, how does one get unbanned

Okay, I feel I should be more clear. Console Bans are not to be discussed on the Support Forums.

I was playing cod when someone zombies when I went down and I asked for help from other players and a player began to degrade swear at me and put me down as well as I have called support numerous times to be hung up on and to get different answers from them as well to not get help for when I’m being cyber bullied online. If my account does not get in banned I’ll be seeking legal action and explaining to a judge how I’m disabled and hoe this company refused to help me and I have the proof to back up my claims.
