How come i can't view my captures?

Everytime i go on the xbox game bar and want to view my gallary, it says that there was a problem loading your captures. It has been doing this for a few days now.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

have you tried removing the app and try to reinstall it again to see if that fixes the issue

I can't see my deleted videos which are stuck on my game capture cloud storage

Something is definitely going on. Xbox Support needs to acknowledge this. Game captures stored in the cloud are corrupt and can't be deleted or viewed.

How do i see if the game capture are saved to xbox live and how to find my account info everytime i go to click my account to view that stuff it just loads forever
