How come I can’t play a game I have both on My Games and on Game Pass offline?

We need to validate first if you own the game under the account that you're using. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and locate your game order for the game, it should be stated as "completed", let me know once you see the game order.

No I'd been playing the game both online and offline for years before I even bought game pass. Because the game could also be played on game pass, when I cancelled my subscription, it must have thought that I'd been playing the game only through game pass. I'd rather not have to pay a monthly payment to game pass every month just to play a game I already had.

Whenever I launch the game it comes up with a screen saying “you are too early” and I can’t play even though I bought the premium upgrade and have the game pass version of Starfield and I don’t know how to fix it

Currently Gold is required to play online in all games. They are working on removing that requirement from free-to-play games.

I can’t play my ESO game because it says I have to have Xbox live and Xbox game pass but I bought both of those and it says I already have both of them but it still won’t let me play on Elder Scrolls On Line

And I even tried to restart it as well but I still can’t play 😞

I don’t understand they both have their own game pass and can play other games online it’s only Minecraft that won’t work. They can host games and invite others they just can’t join their friends games
