    how come i cant download any more new puzzles that i buy with my puzzle credits


    when i purchase new puzzle with the coins i get from doing puzzles in my collection i cant get the new puzzles to download so i can do them it takes me to my internet explorer

    why cant i download any new puzzle collections. This is the 2nd time i wrote to you for support for this problem doesnt anything anyone write to you get noticed or is all this just the same old problems and nobody cares to give a suggestion how to fix it.
    I tried clearing cache and everything else. I guess you people dont care if we download any new puzzles or not I cant even download the new winter collection i have most of my other puzzles done on all 4 levels of them so i will try one more time to contact
    you with this problem and resolve that you dont care about your costumers.

    Where are the new jigsaw puzzles? How come we don't get an answer to our questions. I have a lot of points and cant do anything with them. We need new jigsaw puzzles asap.

    I've tried to download several puzzles over the past month and they don't download. My father also has it on his computer and he cant download any puzzles as well. Not even the free ones are downloading..... Anyone know how to fix this????

    Well, yesterday, I thought they had solved the problem or at least were making good strides. I could download my owned puzzles and even the new camping one. With careful planning I got about 10 puzzles loaded. Of course, I could only download 2 and it would
    hang up on the 3rd try. I'd close the game and re-open and do two more and so forth.

    Alas, today, I'm back to only having the two default puzzles and when I click on the download stuff it gives me a message that new puzzles were coming. Back to the beginning. Sigh.
