    How come all my Microsoft points disappeared 4/29/23


    I have been earning and saving reward points for over a year with gamepass ultimate. I even just bought a xbox series s to enjoy my subscription more. It might be a lot but I saved over 17000 points and was going to use them to buy a game that has just gone on sale. Now I have no way to purchase them and if this even gets cleared up it won't be in time for the sale. If there's some were els/ or someone im supposed to email plz tell me. Why would I put more time and money into Microsoft reward system if something like this could happen. Its dumb to complain about this i know, but this has completely killed all the enthusiasm and excitement I had from my xbox series s console purchase.

    Why should WE have to be the ones to contact MICROSOFT when they’re the ones who messed something up to begin with?? This needs to be seriously looked at and the issue fixed because I’m never spending another DIME towards Xbox OR Microsoft until it is. I’ll go buy a and switch my family over to PlayStation, TODAY. Me and my son have been saving our points ALL YEAR! And it wasn’t to have them just magically disappear!!

    I've armed over 1000 points on Microsoft in Beverly system, but And I was offline for several days and when I asked. I was reloading it back to my account. All the points disappeared, and it is showing only 9 points. Please help me to get back my all the points

    Same dang issue. Microsoft you’re REALLY messing up one of your only good features right now. I had almost 10,000 points last night when I went to bed, I complete a quest or activity whatever you want to call it, at LEAST once a day. And now today I wake up and only have 625 points!?! This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Some of us actually take that feature seriously and it means a lot to us. We work hard to get the required points. You have effectively screwed over clearly a lot of people. And we will not spend another DOLLAR towards Microsoft OR Xbox until it’s fixed. This is ridiculous.
