How change account and transfer games NEW XBOX

Nothing can be transferred between accounts. You can set the console as your Home console and share the games with him. Once it's set as your Home, you can remove the account from the console. https://support.xbox.com/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox

Hi, have you had a new console since you first downloaded the game and is the account you are using now the same account you used to download the game.

You may need to do a license transfer if you have changed consoles since you downloaded the game. Please see the link below on how to do the license transfer. http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live/marketplace-and-purchasing/download-content

On my new xbox I've redeemed my old account but I've changed the gamertag, I'm wanting to transfer games ext from my old xbox to the new one but the data is owned by my old gamertag can I still transfer from the old name to my new one ????
