if the button to turn off narrator is disabled in the game, it could be your Xbox Narrator itself been turned on somehow? Just hold in the Xbox Home button until the turnoff power menu appears, then in the bottom right you will see Narrator... push options
and turn it off if it is on and that should fix it.

Sounds like the Narrator might have been turned on. To turn it off, just hold the Xbox Button on the controller on the dashboard and press the Menu button. That should disable it for you.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help.

If Narrator is disabled from your Xbox system settings, then the Narrator setting in Minecraft was enabled. I found from this

thread that to turn it off, from the main menu of the game go into Settings and then Accessibility.
There you will see two options, turn them both off and that should do it. I belive it should read as "UI Screen Reader" or something related to Narrator.
