how can my account have a probationary period on Black ops 2 when i havent played that in ...

This is not something that is controlled by Xbox LIVE. Probations are a new feature in Call of Duty Black Ops 2, they are received when a player leaves the game midmatch. I believe that the time is 5 minutes, but I also do believe that the timer gets longer
for each time you decide to leave a game continuously after the first probationary period.

regards to the probation he's recieved you'll need to speak with Activision about that.

experimenting with other games and xbox live apps and havent seen a single disconnect, but black ops 2 hates my xbox apparently, which is weird since ive been playing black ops 2 for a year and this disconnecting fiasco has just started 3 days ago

i have even made an entirely new xbox live account and black ops 2 still disconnects every 5 minutes

the only other option i havent tried would be to reformat the entire xbox back to factory settings and start fresh like day 1, but im not sure this would even work

no i havent, i have it only when i connect the controller. The game are hitman absolution, call of duty black ops 2 and remember me.

Ive tried all these things its just i wanted to collect all the achievements in both black ops 1 and 2 as i can play them again also for some strange reason i have the achievement mr black op (for completion of the game on hardened or veteran but i can recall
i havent even completed it lol

How are they sharing an account if they have 2 gamertags,surely that means 2 accounts.

Boosting does no violate the code of conduct.

You and a friend can play Black Ops II using one gamertag. Boosting is a reportable offense in Black Ops II and can get you suspended and/or level reset.
