    How can Mojang and Microsoft just steal our accounts and say oops too bad?


    I am appalled and disgusted that just because I was INACTIVE from Minecraft for a few years that they can just delete my account. Everything that I have is gone, my worlds, my username, all of my stats in Minecraft multiplayers servers, all GONE. I DID NOT receive a single email stating that a migration was happening and because Mojang failed to e-mail me about this I just get screwed over? How is this even legal? This is pure theft... Shouldn't Mojang or Microsoft have a backup where my account can be retrieved? Out of two huge companies, not one of them has to keep my old account on the books? This is beyond frustrating and this needs to be fixed immediately. My account should not just disappear into thin air.

    Agreed. Bought if for split screen purpose too. That is stealing our money if it doesn’t do what they say it does. Too bad there isn’t an activision forum like this. Now Microsoft bought them so blow up this thread? Lol. I don’t know what else to do!

    The problem is this IS the PS4 account the Microsoft account was linked to. I can't seem to sign back into it nor can I sign into a different Microsoft account. Mojangs customer support is piss poor too they just tell me to talk to Microsoft.
