How can Microsoft continue to sell WW2 when there is an error not fixed?

WW2 has a known error. "Saved file is corrupt - bad checksum" This occurs at the same site. The error is a Known error and Activision will not fix it. There has been updates, but no solution. The web postings on this subject are rampant. MANY users
are limited in the amount of the game that they can play due to one segment is bad and the rest are locked. Microsoft should require Activision to fix the error and send the fixes out as an update. To continue to sell a program that is faulty and cheats
the owner is not a usual Microsoft practice.

Xbox games crashing

I bought cod ww2 from the microsoft store but no matter what zombies always crashes. Many have brough this up with activision but thsy have givej no reply and shown no concern. I am now looking at refunding my game as it is not fit for purpose. I cannot
find information anywhere on how to make a refund. Can someone either tell me how to fix this memory error 02892 or how to refund the game? thanks

 

Magic 2014 Multiplayer mode doesn't work

Thanks you for your answer. But I still not convince, how can all the others games and even magics 2013 works in multiplayer mode In My xbox?? How can multinational shop like virgin or Fnac who have partnership with Microsoft continue to sell games, xbox
live months, Microsoft point in morocco if it doesn't work, in addition that they also spend money in advertising. And if it is really the case, how can in get back my money.

I can see why you're upset by that, but I am a 100% sure that Microsoft and Activision have/had talks with eachother. And i'm sure they are trying their best.

 

I would recommend that you contact Activision on this. Sine the game is developed by Activision, only they are the ones that can fix it. I have been following Phil for a while and knowing him, Microsoft Team should have contact Activision asked them to fix
it.

BTW, this is the first time I'm hearing about this and I was planning on buying it. Is this an issue only with the digital download or the disc as well?

 

Unfortunately game issues can only be addressed by the publisher and developer of that game, sorry.

If this is a valid and known issue in the support forums, I am sure they are working on a solution for everyone.

 

It would be best to reach out to Activision Support via twitter or via Activision supports website. Microsoft do not patch games only the Developers can.
