How can I verify my account given these circumstances?

I have an issue with logging into my Microsoft account. One night I was playing on my Xbox then the next day I turn it on then it asks me to verify the account. The account I play on was given to me by a family member so they made the email and password. I have the email and password but I don't have access to the email to receive a verification code. The family member doesn't have access either since he made it on an old phone and doesn't remember the phone number. I've tried so many times to try and sign in with a new email but no other information then I get the email saying my information wasn't sufficient enough to verify the account.

By normal means that is not possible, but you can wait for the Support response, to check if they can do it, given the circumstances.

I understand that it doesn’t, but it should. If someone can go buy up the Lysol wipes with in a given area and sell them for $70,000+ profit. They actually get fined because its price gouging during a pandemic, then i dont see how the circumstances are
any different. Im not a lawyer but those are just my thought.

How can I verify my account given these circumstances?
