    How can I use my balance


    Hello! I’m sorry to bother this late at night but I put in my xbox gift card code inside of my account and it appears saying I have 25 dollars (and yes the giftcard is USD) in balance. While claiming it, it said it transfered to CSV and I have no idea what that was. My region was somehow set to UAE when I live in america so I changed my region thinking that was the problem, but still when I go to purchase something for example, a fortnite bundle I don’t get the option to use my xbox balance. I still think it’s mainly because of whatever CSV is but if I could have help being able to use my currency that would be wonderful. I still have no idea where my 25 dollars went to. So did I just lose the 25 dollars or can I get it back and be able to spend it? And if I can get it back, it would be really helpful if someone explained how.

    Thank you for the help! But the weird thing is, it wouldn’t let me make a purchase while it was set to UAE and I did try to redeem the gift card again. So did my gift card which was USD somehow convert to UAE currency? Also, on the online microsoft webpage when I check my balance it does say 25 dollars USD. I was wondering if you know if CSV played a part in this? And also, I did get some type of message while trying to purchase the bundle on UAE. Would you like to see that message ? Although it’s in arabic.
