Discus and support How can I unlock my account???? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My account got locked last Friday for no apparent reason??     How can I unlock my account????


    My account got locked last Friday for no apparent reason?? And I can't get it unlocked, I have sent in over 10 submission forms and only got two emails back about asking about my online validation process?? I'm **** 17 I don't have a card!!! Can someone please help?

    Bear in mind, I had to make this email in compensation, I had it as a backup and now I can't even use my main one.

    That doesn't help my issue, as it's the same issue as I'm having here on microsoft, however Xbox was the only subject from the dropdown list that made sense.
