How can I UnlinkAccounts from broken Windows Account?

I suspect I am being trolled by people who have somehow linked to my account through x box or old emails? How can anyone possibly unlink this stuff!

I just reinstalled Win 10 for the 300th time and again after one day I get messages like "sign in" when I've already signed in, device location disabled when it's not, and the issue of the uninstallable greyed out apps. Is the only solution to buy a brand new pc? I have tried for over 2 years to fix this but malwarebytes, avast, windows defender scans, sfc scans, dism scans, cc registry cleaner, nothing is ever able to restore win 10 to default factory settings and I have long since lost the bitrecovery data, if win 10 Home ever had it in the first place.

Now I have network connection issues, the firewall defaults seem to allow every app in the world through my firewall, my VOIP phone through Comcast seems to be redirected to hackers, my browser redirects to fake news and fake tech sits, and I am constantly being abused by strangers in-game in MMORPG who seem to be linked some how to my account (remote teams?) My net work connections shows Teredo Pseudo Tunneling Interface....what is that/??

I checked on my pc from service, I don't see Teredo Pseudo Tunneling Inter even from my internet connection. I looked that up "What is Tunnel adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface? “This tunnel adapter is for Teredo, an IPv6 transition technology used for sending IPv4- encapsulated IPv6 packets across a network address translator (NAT)." Well you could search using google search to search that up. <-- don't remove or mess with that.

(new pc) You don't have to buy a bran new pc. Even though you used quick or full format.

(find device) Not sure this what you mean. Windows, settngs, type find my device, or at settings, privacy then click location.

(comcast) When you talk to them get a It tech that plays mmo games and knows what you mean.

Also i'm sorry but, I think you should start reading up on how to do these sort of stuff. What I found I just basically google. Always make a back up image of your full install of windows which has no window updates.. I use backup images. For example if I do get a virus. I don't just do quick format. I feel safer doing a full reformat. Do not use ms.dos if you don't know what doing. I have learn some basic stuff from just doing searchs. I never rely on the microsoft forums.

(difference of full and quick format) A full format deletes anything which cannot be recovered. a quick format just deletes everything which is kinda a full format. But you can recover stuff but not alot depends if that was over written.

May I know if you already tried performing a full format for your system (and ínter al hard drives)?

Also, just to double check, secure your Microsoft and all your accounts changing all the passwords and enaing two factor authentication to each one

If maybe they know your router settings, would be great consider using another or ask your internet service provider to change it
