How can I to link a new account of EA to my gamepass membership?

If you’re unable to verify the other account because you don’t have access to the EA account that’s linked, there is no way to unlink your Xbox account from your EA account without signing into the EA website and unlinking it from there.

Yes, I am an active GamePass Ultimate member.

I've reset Xbox App thru Settings, cleared EA Play cache through app. After that didn't work I've reinstalled both. And as the OP states, I've linked, relinked my accounts.

This is an issue on the backend on how Xbox passes membership details to EA Play. Again, I refer to EA showing sub expiring 12/31/1969.

How does EA Play get the membership information from my GamePass? Does Xbox not handle this part?

I can log into Xbox PC Gamepass fine and play Xbox games. But when I try to play an EA Play game(The Saboteur this morning) it doesn’t allow me to play and redirects me to EA app where it says I DONT have an EA Play membership which is weird because I DO have a Gamepass ultimate membership. All works fine on console it seems. I’ve restarted, logged out and back in. It’s clearly on EA side not registering our EA play membership through Gamepass. I’m just going to move in to another game, and Xbox game and hopefully EA gets it fixed. Nothing more can be done from my end.
