    Hello adam457,

    Unless another tier is added, since there will be no other tiers to unlock after Overlord, it will not be possible to get gems from tiers. However, there is a general gamerscore gem reward of 2 for every 1000 gamerscore that can continue to be completed.

    LOL He meant that Xbox Live Rewards added the "Earn special gifts through achievements tiers" incentive which can be seen in the "MyXtras" (achievements) area of the Xbox Live Rewards site. Don't expect much though.
