    How can I talk to a real person?


    How do I talk to a real person? I have been sent in circles with useless virtual agents it's like a choose your own adventure book that has two pages and it goes in loops the whole time. It's just insane that there's this big company that can't even have real people running it. My account was hacked recently and I tried to ask for support I did everything they said but there isn't calls available for that kind of issue. I just want my account back so I can go back to playing Minecraft.

    See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

    If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

    Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

    Click Contact us

    Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

    On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

    You would need to go to http://support.xbox.com/contact-us Under the virtual assistant you should be able to click no, thanks or more options to get options for either chatting
    with support or requesting a call back. If you don't see those options, change your topic.
