    How can I talk to a living human being about my issue? I'm struggling with the website .


    I have a problem I cannot solve on the Microsoft customer website. I purchased a digital game gift for someone in Canada, unaware that I would not be able to send it to him. He cannot redeem the code. My product history page has never given me the option to request a refund. I've tried to phone, and your IVR will not put me through to a person, or help me with my issue. I've read at least a dozen help articles that did not help. I read the terms of sale even, and still could not get a resolution.

    I don't understand what I need to do, and I'm really frustrated with this situation, and need to talk to someone about refunding a gift code.

    Beforehand, it is important that you keep in mind that this is a public community forum, so we are players like you, we are not employees of Microsoft or Xbox, so we do not have access to any user account or check anything from the forum. All users help each other with common problems.

    I am very sorry for the problem you are going through. For this type of case I suggest you request a REFUND for this, there is a form, which is as follows:

    You can find the order number here:

    There you will have to fill out the form with some information that will be requested and you should know that in case the refund request is rejected, you will have to respond to the email they sent you explaining the reason for your refund so that the team in charge can review the request again.

    You should also know that game refunds must be made before 14 days have passed since the game was purchased and the game has not been played for a long time, that is, considerable hours of play have not been accumulated. Otherwise, if these prerequisites are not met, the game cannot be refunded.

    Subscriptions can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

    Solution 1: PlayStation® Technical Support FAQ – Home (minecraft.net) this FAQ walks you through issues you might encounter with the game on PS4. Please scroll down to the Login and Lag Issues. Then you can read "Failed to Login-scenario 1 or 2".

    Solution 2: Report a Bug

    Suppose the above FAQ did not resolve your issue. Then I would highly suggest filing a bug with Minecraft support, and they can further assist you in resolving this problem. Minecraft support is who you want to work with for any issues with accounts.

    Thank you Jose, unfortunately I tried to get on webchat with someone from Xbox but my only option to talk to someone human was through a phonecall from the US and I struggle to use my voice. I'm going to try again tomorrow as this has really frustrated me.
