    How can i sync log off mode data for microsoft jigsaw to logon mode.


    I have been playing Microsoft jigsaw for few years.



    I recently noticed that when I log in to my xbox account, my downloaded puzzles and progress data played in logged off mode are lost.



    When i start jigsaw in logged off mode, all puzzles and progress data will be displayed in the puzzle list.



    If i start a puzzle in logon mode, some puzzles disappear and progress data for some of the displayed puzzles also disappear.



    Progress data for daily challenges is displayed in logon mode as well as in logoff mode.



    Some puzzles and progress data are also displayed in logon mode, so

    In the past, I think data sync was done simply by logging in with my Xbox account in Jigsaw Game.



    I've never logged into jigsaw to download or play them, I've only logged in to sync my data.



    how can i sync logoff mode data to logon mode.

    To sync your progress data from logoff mode to logon mode in Microsoft Jigsaw, you need to make sure that you are signed in to your Xbox account in both modes.



    Here are the steps to follow:



    1. Open Microsoft Jigsaw in logoff mode and make sure that you are signed in to your Xbox account. You can do this by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen, then clicking on "Settings" and selecting "Sign in."



    2. Once you are signed in, play a few puzzles to make sure that your progress data is saved.



    3. Close Microsoft Jigsaw and open it again in logon mode. Make sure that you are signed in to your Xbox account in this mode as well.



    4. Your progress data should automatically sync between the two modes. If you don't see all of your puzzles and progress data in logon mode, try restarting the game or signing out and signing back in to your Xbox account.

    I followed your suggestion as follows:



    1. my jigsaw screen has no horizontal line button on the top left corner, so i clicked button on top right corner and login xbox account.

    Some puzzles will appear at this point, but not when i start logon mode. So, i play this one first. and closed jigsaw.



    2. Start jigsaw in logon mode, Puzzles that were previously not displayed are still not shown, and progress data in logoff mode is not displayed. Progress data from step 1 is displayed.



    log off Jigsaw again, and all puzzles and progress data displayed again.



    3. I tried step 1,2 again. This time I played a puzzle that was also displayed when starting in logon mode. and i got same result.

    I'm starting to wonder if this is a game points issue.



    At the time of my first question, my game points were as follows:



    point when start logoff mode = a

    point when start logon mode = b

    point for puzzles that not displayed when start logon mode = c



    a = b - c



    So I downloaded the puzzles that not displayed in logon mode. However, The game points in logon mode and logoff mode were not the same.



    This seems to be because the game points earned when playing in logon mode are added.



    Anyway, I repeated the steps again in this situation, but the result was the same.



    Will I have no choice but to replay all the puzzles in logon mode?

    After clicking the link you provided I followed the following path:

    "How Do I Directly Contact Support?" > "Submit a request"

    And I faced the following screen.
