How can I submit another appeal for my Xbox suspension

I got a random message from Xbox enforcement stating I have a year suspension but they never gave me details on why and in the appeal I asked for details on why I was suspended but I never got anything other than appeal denied and I checked for anything that might’ve broke guidelines and nothing on my account had

Ok thanks, but I’d at least like them to tell why I was suspended but they keep replying with these are things it could be because I haven’t done anything to violate guidelines to receive this

I already have the report it just says no details are available so I’m asking because I’ve spent lots of money on this account for it to be suspended for a year without knowing why

As mentioned above, there is no phone number to call when it comes to suspensions. The Enforcement team is the one that takes care of suspensions and they can only be contacted directly by Submitting an appeal. Usually, suspensions this long cannot be appealed. Either way, this is how you appeal for a suspension, if it was possible.

" To submit an appeal: Sign in and visit the Enforcement page. ( https://support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/enforcement-history )

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements for. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit. "
