How can I submit another appeal after one was denied?

My brother uses my account sometimes because we play the same games, but my stuff is better. He has gotten me small suspensions before and this time he got me permanently banned. I am angry because even though I appealed this they didn’t shorten my suspension and undo it, I even gave them my brothers account name but nothing was done to help. I don’t know what to do I need help please.

An appeal would be the only possible way to have it reduces. If it was denied, there is nothing else that can be done.

So they gave me a whole account ban? This dosent sound fair, they said someone has to be accountable and I have the account to be held accountable! His account could be banned and this is ruing part of my whole social life because this is how I conduct my socialization with friends because I do virtual learning. Can I please get help, he will never be allowed to use h the account again!
