how can I submit a complaint regarding bad customer service?

Hi,

my service order [1535869130] was canceled, after UPS delivered the device order to Microsoft. (UPS sent me delivery notification)

a new order was created, asking me to send the device again, but the device is already with MS.

the option for request a call back is disabled, and I cant find any option for getting a human response.

I even try to open a billing issue (which has a "human call back" option, but no one called me.

anyone knows how can I get human attention to this?

Hello ShlomyCohen1, i regret what is happening, as this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and neither your account, we can not specify the real reason or accurately check this issue of your service order.

Ideally, you can contact Xbox customer service via chat, choose an option and then talk to a specialist 24/7 and after that you will be able to talk to a human and pass the number of this service protocol you have that they will transfer you to the appropriate department.

my issue was exactly that - both chat and "request a call" were unavailable, so the only option to get human response was to open a billing issue (I checked all options). when open a billing issue, noone called be back.

anyway meanwhile seems that UPS, the delivery company, noticed the problem and a new delivery was created today, this time - on the right direction.

so happy end after all.

I would like to suggest the following:

when closing human support channels (phone; chat) need to ensure to keep at least email or other offline channel open.

sometimes automated customer service is not enough

Nope it's split up on the same region and the same account. When i go to the link you gave me i see a gift card i added but when i go to this link
account.microsoft.com

It shows the different gift card i added. The guy on the xbox support chat also said that the money is split off on the same account and doesn't know a fix for it, also told me Microsoft would call me to resolve it but they still didn't.

Hi there, do you have more than one billing account? For example, my account has a UK and a US billing account, but my UK account is the one with money in it. Could it be possible you have added your gift card to another billing account? You may find your
money is on there.

Check at commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub - and see if your gift card is there. If not, click the grey drop-down box in the top right of that screen, and see if you have another billing
account. If so check on that one too.
