How can I speak with an actual agent about Account Recovery?

I was out of the country for over two years and was not able to bring my xbox with. Upon returning home, I had a new phone number and my old email was now obsolete as it was connected to my old business which is no longer around making my old email is nonfunctional. I tried signing back into my xbox account but is was blocked due to suspicious activity. Most likely being my absence from using it for over 2 years. Now with no access to my old email nor access to my old phone number I cannot sign back into my account. I've tried calling this number (800) 469 - 9269, only to hear a recording informing me to request a call from an agent, however my new phone number is associated in the country I am living in and when entering it in to the virtual agent I get this message; Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it. I am at my wits end with this issue, I have so many games and countless hours of play that I cannot even access now. Please someone help me to recover my account.

If you're not able to reset the password or the email , you may need to proceed with the account recovery form:

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.

With any account recovery, the support agent would have to speak with your cousin and he would have to talk to phone support in Taiwan.
