    How can I speak to an agent. I have not received any calls back


    I purchased an xbox controller and simply want the warranty updated to the purchase date. I have requested a call back 6 times over the past several days. I also cannot find an instant message chat with agent that I have used in the past. There is no option for that anymore, only callbacks.

    The only option to speak with a Microsoft agent or rather with Support is through the following link (Believe me, this would be the only option to communicate with them).

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them.

    Xbox won't power on and can't get support to call me back

    So how do I speak with a live agent then? Pretty ridiculous that I'm restricted from requesting a call back for 24 hours when it doesn't even work in the first place. How is there not a direct number to call? Also are there any other options I can try to reset the console before resorting to sending it in for repairs?

    I would say follow the link that the Microsoft agent put in to speak to support they should be able to resolve your issue.

    Just remember to request a call back it's the best way to speak to someone.

    They should call you in about 1 to 2 minutes depending on how busy they are.
