How can I sign in on two or more accounts on Xbox Pc?

I'm sorry to say, but at the moment, there is no way to add multiple Xbox accounts on the Xbox app at the same time.

However, you could try the following to allow other people to access your games:

Step 1. Open the Microsoft Store and make sure you're logged into the account that owns the subscription.

Step 2. Go to the Microsoft Store settings and make sure “offline permissions” is enabled.

Step 3. Open the Xbox app and log in to the account that owns the subscription and download the games you want to share.

Step 4. Once the games have been downloaded, another member of your family can log out from your account on the Xbox app and use theirs, and they should be able to play it.

Hello, no two people can't play on PC and console, using the same Xbox account. However, the account that buys the subscription can set the console as home Xbox and anyone else can make an account, sign in and use the subscription and any games. The account
that purchased the subscription can sign in and play on PC or any other console.

I am afraid that it's not possible to access your subscription or licenses on two different PCs at the same time. The Xbox on Windows doesn't work the same as home Xbox for Xbox consoles.

On PC, it's possible to share your subscription by signing in the account that has the subscription to the Microsoft Store and sign in the player's account via the Xbox app. But this doesn't mean it can be played simultaneously on multiple devices.

That's strange, try sign out from both EA Play and Xbox app from your account.

Then try sign in again and see if the progress finally appears

If not, I can advise you two things more:

1. If possible, manually transfer the progress from the other PC

2. Try reaching EA support to see if they can look further on this one for you, or if possible restore your game progress
