How can I see what emails have used my email as an alternative email?

I tried logging in to an alt account but forgot the email to the account. I put in my email under Alternative Email, I get a pop up saying “Recover your username” and shows a few emails that my email is associated with but it’s partially covered

it is partially covered for security reasons, or any user could say that he owns his email without proof, I advise you to look for the account recovery form.

I think he might mean the alternate email for the security proofs.

If so, the how to change it can be found here:
