How can I secure my account?

Please Help someone had hacked my account and removed all my info, (i have since been able to get an approved recovery and new password) however i cant change the email that the hacker put! i just want to be able to feel safe in my account without the threat of losing everything ive worked for since i got my xbox 360 for christmas as a kid and all the memories and saves that i have with friends and family who are either out of contact or passed now. I just wanna know what i can do before i lose this all for good. (This account im posting from is account in question) Ive tried getting into contact with support but i cant find anywhere to do a live chat or call as well

Does anybody know how to change your security question or how to recover the answer? I have my account and can access it but can not do certain things due to not remembering my account security question. Any suggestions?

I recommend that you reset your password and create a strong one (there are some applications and websites that help you create a random strong password) and enable the 2FA using the Microsoft Authenticator
