    We’ve had the Xbox series s for a while now and the sound has not worked since we got it. I’ve tried reaching out but no response. I also tried to return it but Walmart said I can’t. My son has beeen playing it with no sound. How can I get a new one

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    We need to ensure first that the setting is set up correctly. Please follow the steps below:

    "Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options.

    Select Video fidelity & overscan.

    Under Display, select HDMI."

    Also, please try a different TV or a different HDMI cable.

    If none of the steps worked, you can request a repair by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices and add the console as a device using the serial number.
