How can I retrieve an account without knowing my email.

I linked my Microsoft account to my PlayStation account to play Minecraft with some buddies. Later we got bored of the game but recently came back to it, however I can't remember the email associated with the Microsoft account that was linked. All I have is my username and what I think my password is. Any help would be great.

Besides the email, the recovery form works with a previously linked phone number, or Skype name.
