How can I restore my daughter account password?

Hi, I am having a similar issue. My daughter's account is half crossed with mine. My mission progress is fine, but my level and skill and perk points are showing as my daughters. I'm also missing some equipment that I previously had and my daughters account
has equipment of mine that she shouldn't have as she is just starting out. It's strange and I've tried a few different things to restore my game without success.

I do not believe that nothing can be done and that I have to lose my purchases because the system or
whoever has taken charge of my case has not been able to verify that It's me. If I wanted to steal someone else's account, I would not identify myself. I will claim for a new password to access where necessary.

if you went online to account.live.com/acsr and filled out the form there and received an email from microsofts account recovery team saying you have not provided them with enough information then you can contact xbox support and they would be able to escalate
the account recovery up to their escalations team AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A XBOX CONSOLE THAT THE ACCOUNT YOU ARE TRYING TO RECOVER HAS BEEN ON BEFORE this is important because if you do not then there is nothing that can be done except to try and fill that form
out with anymore information that you can remember.
