How can I request warranty repair if your website throws error and I can't speak with a human?

Since, requesting repair and contacting support is done through the website. We would recommend you to do this on an InPrivate Browser (Browse InPrivate) or different browser. You may also connect to different network to check if you were not restricted or else use different device (PC or Mobile) to see if issue persist.

If issue persist and you cannot request repair and contact support. Feel free to share to us the error message/code you are experiencing.

anything for a flat fee. You can
sign on at this site to begin the repair request process.

since warranty can be different per country/region, it's best to check the warranty yourself via the website to request a repair/replacement. See this link on how to set up such repair/replacement:

It should show when setting up a service request if there is warranty and if not what the costs will be

Hi thanks for trying to help but the person I was speaking to was unable to assist and directed me to another department who also were unable to assist. I was then directed back to xbox support page which only has a useless virtual agent that tells me to arrange a call back but when I try to do that callback is unavailable.

Extremely frustrated right now
