How can I request call back or book Xbox for service when the website won’t allow me to?

Remember that you must contact them during business hours depending on your Country/Region, unfortunately that is the only way to contact them Tom.

Since this is only a help forum for the Microsoft community and here we are all members and players like you, we do not belong to Microsoft. The only ones who can help with repairs are support or through the links mentioned above.

My recommendation as a person and player is that you do not lose faith and try to communicate with support until they can help you, I know how frustrating this whole situation is, but you have to keep trying. Giving up is not an option, I wish you good luck!

The first is through message (Live Chat) there you will talk to a real person about the problem you are presenting, they will be able to guide you in a better way towards the solution, to do this you must enter the following link:

And finally, in the following link you can find the support numbers, you just have to select the Country/Region where you are currently located, write down the number and then call.

Thanks for trying to help but I’ve tried everything already, . There’s no option to speak to a live person only a virtual agent, when I request call back it says it’s unavailable, the numbers available to call just tell me to request the call back on the website which doesn’t work. I’m desperate to get my Xbox repaired but it’s as if Microsoft are refusing to service my Xbox, if there’s any other way of requesting a call back my number is 07361259506

I factory reset my Xbox but it still won’t let me use it when I try to purchase something, how do I request a call back from phone support. Thank you for helping me but I still don’t know why I can’t use it

Thank you crystal. I have tried but it says that there is a service error when I try to request a call or make contact. I also dialed 1-800 for my Xbox and it just gave me the Xbox help website and hung up on me. I'm not sure how to get in contact with
anybody but I figured I would let you know that I am having trouble getting a call back.
