How can I report Microsoft call center workers for hanging up on me

No they're not with me one time I was asking one lady how can she help me out with something she said there's nothing they can do about and now I'm gonna end this call I needed help cuase my xbox was having a tech problem and she didn't help out and the other one threaten me that she will call the cops on me because I was using "profanity" even though I didn't my accent is heavy and is hard to understand most of the time what these two xbox call center workers did is completely not ok

most of them are working from home so disconnections are more frequent.

Actually the second time i called them I explained it already female call center workers are so rude and they need to be um checked at cause this is rude to hang up on people who needed help also my phone will say if a call's disconnect so therefore she hung up on me
