How can I report a problem if it won't let me report the problem?

the Xbox Report a Problem app does not let you report anything!, it just shows you how to press the xbox buttion on a app/game & report a problem there, there is no way to use it to report anything!

the problem is with the console itself, so this wont help.

please SOMEONE , tell me HOW TO REPORT THIS!!!!

this is driving me nuts, everyone just says its not them & passed on the problem elsewhere.

How do I report my problem? I only see pre-asked questions or a link to report a bug, which I understand is not to help with my problem and they won't answer me

Thank you, quick question, have you downloaded the Report a Problem App and submitted a report yet? And if so, can you let me know the Title of the report that you submitted?

I can tell you right now that's a bunch of **** they don't review every report with how many come in every day I can tell you right now they would rather just ban people and get it over with then read through every report and I can't send in a case report
