how can I renew my forntie crew?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to renew your Fortnite Crew subscription. follow these steps:

Navigate to www.epicgames.com/account

Sign in to your Epic Games account.

Visit your Subscriptions page in the Settings menu.

Confirm that your Subscription is still Active with the "Expires on" date.

Select Resume.

Follow the prompts to fill in your payment details for the Recurring billing

Note: If you already made a successful payment for the current month, the price will not be displayed when the purchase window opens.

In-game:

Launch Fortnite

Go to the Battle Pass tab at the top of the screen

Click Fortnite Crew on the right

Hold the Rejoin Crew button

Follow the prompts to fill in your payment details for the next payment

Hi there. Thanks for your reply. It seems as though I am still having issues, but I don't know if it cancelled in the background but is still active online. I say this because I haven't been billed and yet my Fortnite crew subscription seemed to have renewed.

I am not sure if it is because I cancelled my xbox sub and moved over to my Dad's Xbox games pass friends and family.

The Fortnite crew pass shows as having renewed but there is no charge. I don't know what is going on.

Maybe its just me but all these car shows everywhere? I just dont get it. Perhaps someone can tell me how this is fun? How is it run as my crew has had some interest in doing one of these as a crew event.

If you are trying to renew the subscription

They are investigating an issue where some Fortnite Crew members are not receiving their V-Bucks and appear inactive despite renewing their Subscription in January. Because this is an ongoing issue, you will be temporarily unable to resubscribe to the Fortnite Crew if your subscription expired or canceled for any reason.
