How can i remove an account if it says i need to do it from the account that i dont own?

They send an email to the WLID associated with your account when they do this. It is for modding a game score. Best reply I can give you is if you don't want the "cheater" on the account, start a new one and do not cheat.

yeah if you dont need the account on each xbox then i would remove the un-needed account from each console then that should do it.

What you are trying to update is what Microsoft (MS) calls the security proof of the accounts.

If you know the email and the password for the account but do not have access to any of the security proofs currently on the account you can update the security proofs. KEEP THIS IN MIND THOUGH when you start this process there will be a 30 day hold placed
on the account for anything that requires a security proof.

Basically it takes 30 days for the security proof update to go through so that you can use that new security proof.

Basically if you sign into your account and go to anything that requires a security proof Quick and easy one would be to go directly to account.live.com/addassocid (this site is for adding a new email to your account) it will then ask to verify ownership
of your account there would be a choice that you do not have access to any of these when you choose that it will take you to a page to update your security proof but remember my note above there is a 30 day hold placed on the account and the ONLY way to cancel
this change once it is started would be to gain access back to the old security proof.

Do you by chance have a contact email associated with your said account? Alternatively they can be used for recovery, you could also click "forgot password" and fill out your recovery questions to the best of your ability, but you should be able to just
use the email associated with the account. try signing into your account via email through https://account.microsoft.com/account?lang=en-us if the issue persists
