How can I remove age restrictions in MS Store?

I've changed it such that it's more older than I actually am but still doesn't fix the issue

Were you able to play or install any 17+ games before, Kushal? If your account is set up as a child then you’ll need parent or organizer account to manage your settings.

Please also open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game then try installing it again.

This account is supposed to be able to access contents in Microsoft Store which are rated 17 now, but I am not able to install them yet. It shows the same thing as it showed before.

The game which I attempting to install is Modern Combat 5, which is rated 17+..

The DOB in my account info is correct, still I don't seem to be able to install apps which are rated 17+ which I should be able to.

This is my first time trying to install any 17+ game actually.

Also it looks like I'm in a family group? But my account is the only one thats there.
