How can i remove a phone number from a locked microsoft account ?

2)Remove phone number in Account aliases.

3)Add phone number to account.

I ain't locked from my account, but I am locked from Microsoft Services. I have to input a phone number and verify my account to unlock it, but when I try to unlock it a while later, it is locked again and I have to verify using a phone number again. (Basically

2. Select "Add phone number" and follow through the process of verifying your contact details and adding it to your account.
