How can I remove a friend from my xbox account online

The "Xbox Console Companion" is already logged in with another account.

I don't know how to recover this account created, and by experience I know I won't be able to recover it at the moment I sign off.

Hello Pacorabanix, If you're on your PC installing the Xbox Companion App, sign in with your account, and when the list of people filtered by "Friends" appears, then see and select the person you'd like to block and right-click, a small Menu will appear with the option to lock the person.

In that case I might suggest trying to remove your account from both consoles then re-add them. After that try to add the home console.

Please keep in mind that you can not remove accounts from your friends xbox remotely. You would need to change your password.

You have to log into your account online and remove your son's account from your son's friend's console. You can do this by going to xbox.com my account security family and forums xbox 360 profile protection require profile download

In my experience unless your friend refreshes his status online (ie hard restarting the console or removing and adding the account) there is nothing you can do from your side.
