    How can I remove a false claim on a communication ban?


    I recently received THREE communication bans for an ‘inappropriate gamer pic.’ Now normally this wouldn’t be such a big deal if I actually had an inappropriate profile pic, such as gore or nudity or something right. But the thing is, my profile pic is not inappropriate at all. And the ban goes for 3 days. It is literally a false claim and I feel powerless and that I can only wait for the ban to end. It’s not even a big deal but other players and myself should not have to put up with this sort of stuff.

    I know, and I’ve done that for all of the ‘bans’ however is there really no justification for this at all? I’m just forced to wait 3 days for nothing. And it’s likely that submitting a case review wouldn’t do too much good anyways

    If its just this one person making false claims and your son has done nothing wrong, he doesnt have to worry about being banned. I would file a report about this individual and block and remove him from friends list, if he's on there. Just cut off all
    communication and don't read/listen to his messages.
