    Refunds for Digital games

    It clearly states "no refunds" when you buy a digital game but obviously if the game is broken then you can get a refund or you can cancel a digital pre order.

    As it states no refunds how exactly are Microsoft thieving?

    It's when you start to abuse the refund system that you get a ban but the whole refund thing is a bit of a grey area.

    i think you can't get a reufund for that sorry :S, but you can also try to get it, try calling xbox support of your country, they usually have their number on their twitter profile
