    I suddenly get a charge and didn't know where for, I cant find it where the charge is going. I try to investigate still no answer all my subscription where canceled. pls help I don't have money anymore.

    Check the guidelines at the top and then click the big green button in the middle of the page.

    I didn't know how to cancel my subscription, but while I was looking into it, I was charged and would like to get a refund.

    To cancel your subscription, you can follow the steps below:

    1. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services

    2. Click on the subscription that you want to cancel, then click Manage

    3. Click Cancel Subscription

    Under "When should we end your subscription?" Kindly choose Today so it will be refunded, but you'll lose access to your subscription immediately.
