Hello Totemic, when you buy a bundle like this one in the case of the Dark Skully Pack, it only comes with 1 unit for redemption, it shows you the option to redeem in the account that is logged in or use another account, but once redeemed the code will not be able to redeem it on another account.

Hey there, to clarify. The codes are not always included in the box. It depends on the retailer and how they handle the promotion. Sometimes these are printed on the receipt, have you been able to check that to ensure the code was not printed on it?

If the code was redeemed and the packs were not in the game, you'd need to speak with EA Support as they are able to assist with in game redemption issues. Also, you'll want to ensure that you're signed into the account that redeemed the code. The packs
will only appear on that account.

Please ensure you're logged into the account that redeemed the code.

In all the cases (the 3 codes included in my edition) all of them were redeemed by me and are shown on my account purchased items either I check on the Xbox One or at the PC. The problem is that these purchases are not shown on the Minecraft game.

I have been able this afternoon to download some of the packs included, but for the "creators pack" 2 of the 6 packs are not featured as purchased, weird as all of them are included in the same pack redeemed with the same code. The minecoins are missing
no matter what I try.

It definitely points to an issue with Mojang what probably would take time to fix as it seems that they are not the fastest. Thanks for your help.

But i am the primary member in the family pack, which my brothers profile is included in. we purchased the family pack over myu account and he included. How about now, is there any way i could do it?
