How can I recover or fix an Xbox Game Bar 30-second recording?

I was recording Fortnite sniper kills for a YouTube video and used the Xbox Game Bar's 30-second recording feature to capture the eliminations. I navigated to my "Captures" folder a few days later to input them into my editing software to begin editing the video and I find out all my captures, from recently and from a few months prior, are stuck on one frame. The audio remains unaffected, however. My computer is less than a year old. It's running a Ryzen 5 5600x, Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB RAM kit, WD Blue SN570 1TB SSD, GTX 1050 Ti, and an MSI B550-A Pro motherboard. Can someone please explain my situation in more detail? Thanks for sending the game clips over to private message.

As we notice the game clip shows the 30 seconds is stuck on a single picture while the video for longer clips does not have any issues.

May we know if your graphics card is updated?
Is this happening to all the games or specifically to a game?
Is there enough storage left when you start to record these 30 seconds game clip?
Is this stored to an online-cloud storage?

Thanks for the details you have shared. I went to consult this to our Internal Support Team, and they found a solution shared by one of the community members here.

The solution has something to do with getting your Fortnite to Windowed Full screen mode instead of leaving it to full screen mode alone.

I use a Geforce GTX 1050Ti, and I regularly update the drivers. As for this issue happening only in Fortnite or other games, it only happens in Fortnite as it is my only Game-Bar-replay-supported game. I have a terabyte of storage and have only used about 400-500 gb of it and I store the recordings solely on my SSD. I am afraid the link you provided me pertains to Xbox consoles and I have a PC running windows 11, so it is not of much help.
