It’s not that there is someone in my account, the hacker used a script to lock my account, he showed me it, then the next day it’s locked and I can’t get in because it says i have 2fa on.

Without posting any personal info, can you explain exactly what happened?

Did you give any of your own info to this "hacker"? Enabling 2FA makes your account much more resilient to being hacked, not less, so I'm wondering if you gave them certain info that let them take over your account.

In this case, you will need to contact directly to Xbox Support for further escalations as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case and possibly recover your account. You may contact them by following the instructions:

Chat Support:

1. Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

2. Click on the "Contact Us" button on the right of the screen.
3. Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.

4. Sign in to your Microsoft account.

5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See More Options then Subscription changes
Step 3----- Select Show Contact options
Step 4 ----Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request a call from support as a contact option.

If you're unable to contact them, try again at a later time.
