How can I recover my Xbox account by proving my identity and that it is mine

I'm afraid this form is the only method for account recovery. My best advice is to try to retrieve the email you used. You can try the recovery form as many times as you wish.

Thank you for your reply, Kyle! Unfortunately, the link you've given me requires knowing what the email was for the account, so I don't think I'll be able to recover it this way. Do you know of any other methods I could try?

Somehow or another you are gonna have to figure out what email you used.

If you ever had a skype profile or phone number attached to your account then you can use your skype username or phone number instead but if all you had was the email then you cant recover the account without knowing what the email was.

My microsoft account was hacked and they changed my email, password and phone number. I still can see my authenticator generating codes. I tryed to recover it but i cant. They say that i cant prove that the account was mine. I dont know how to prove that the account is mine. I have all my documents saved in word and powerpoint on that account and i dont want to lose them + a lost of things in some games.

I can prove that I use this account since 2018 and that it was and it still is connected to my epic games account
