    How can I recover my son's original xbox profile?


    So my son's original xbox profile was set up on the app as far as I remember..when gmail did the whole prove ur age/add to parent supervisor or get locked out of ur account deal (which is a whole different set of ridiculousness) I added his email to my family safety app in which they still locked him out of. So now of course that is the email for his profile..went thru the whole verification process and even got a email saying that identity has been verified BUT when I clicked the link and put his email in to reset password now they can't find the account? I've read and search trying to find and answer on what to do? Aggrevated and ready to give up

    Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now.

    The weird thing is that my son and wife both have profiles and on a different xbox and theirs still works just fine. I went to my sons xbox and tried to recover my profile on his and it gets the same error code as I get on my xbox.

    Why do I have the feeling this won't be able to be fixed?

    I am trying to recover my sons gamertag, that XBOX told me to delete, so that he can get all his saved data back. Any ideas on how I can do this? I talked to XBOX and they are no help. Tried redownloading his profile but it is only downloading his new gamertag
