Having said that, the only solution to recover the account other than contacting support is through a form that you must fill out with the information that you remember is added to your child's account, I think you mention that you have already filled out the form but I would like you to repeat the process in case you haven't done it correctly.

You must keep in mind that this is the only alternative or solution to recover an account, support cannot help with this type of case because they are not authorized, leaving the form as an option, if you cannot fill out the form for X or Y Reason then unfortunately the account cannot be recovered.
