Hi there, thanks for the link, after clicking on it I’m still not able to find a solution or speak to someone who can start to troubleshoot the issue. All the online links seem to lead in a circle and I end up back where I started.

Would you know what I need to do to either submit a form someone can review or speak to about the issue?

The primary issue seems to be that the main email tied to the account has been changed and the recovery process needs that email to login. I can’t find a way to dispute this.

Right now it looks like the hacker has all the power and I have no recourse.

I have tried to use the recovery tool but can’t find the option for when you can’t access your account, all the options assume my account still exists and that I can login.

What option or options should I use to try and have get my account back?
